Cloud services

Cloud services for business

We plan, move and run your business systems in the cloud — Azure infrastructure, server and file migrations, cloud backup and virtual desktops — with costs, security and access kept under control.

  • Azure & Windows 365
  • Planned migrations
  • Cost reviews
  • USA & Canada
What’s included

Everything you need to run in the cloud

From a single file server to a full Azure environment, we design it properly, move it carefully and keep it running.

Azure setup & management

Virtual machines, storage and networking designed for your workloads, with monitoring, updates and access controls in place from day one.

Server migration to Azure

Business applications and servers moved from your office to Azure, tested side by side and cut over outside working hours.

File shares to SharePoint & OneDrive

Shared drives restructured into the cloud with sensible permissions, so files are available anywhere without a VPN.

Cloud backup

Servers, PCs and Microsoft 365 data backed up off-site, with restores tested rather than assumed.

Virtual desktops

Azure Virtual Desktop or Windows 365 Cloud PCs, so staff get a secure, managed desktop on any device.

Cost & security reviews

Regular reviews of what you run and what it costs, removing idle resources and keeping the environment secure.

How it works

How a cloud project works with us

Nothing changes until you have approved a written plan and quote. Disruptive work is scheduled outside your working hours.

  1. 01

    Assess

We inventory your servers, applications, data and costs, and identify what belongs in the cloud and what does not.

  2. 02

    Design

Target architecture, security baseline and an estimate of monthly running costs, in a written plan and quote you approve.

  3. 03

    Migrate

We test first, move a pilot, then cut over in scheduled windows outside your working hours.

  4. 04

    Manage

Monitoring, updates, backup checks and regular cost reviews, so the environment stays secure and good value.

Cloud Services FAQ

Questions businesses ask us

Not always. It depends on what you run and how you use it. We compare the costs honestly during the assessment, and some systems are better left where they are.

Many small businesses only need Microsoft 365, with SharePoint and OneDrive for files. Azure makes sense for business applications, servers or virtual desktops. We recommend the simplest option that works.

A Windows desktop that runs in Microsoft’s cloud and is reached from any device. It keeps company data off personal devices and makes new starters quick to set up.

Azure usage is billed separately from our management fee. We set budgets and alerts and review the costs with you regularly.

Yes. We start with a review, fix what needs fixing, and then manage it going forward.
