No. You can use us per incident whenever something breaks, or move to an ongoing plan if you would rather have predictable monthly costs. There is no lock-in either way, and you can stop at any time.
Remote sessions usually connect within minutes during business hours, which are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST. Emergency lines are open 24/7 for urgent outages.
Yes. Because most of our work is remote, we support employees wherever they are across the USA and Canada, not just people sitting in your office.
We can, but many clients use us alongside what they already have, for example as overflow help or for the day-to-day issues their provider is not set up to handle quickly.
Remote sessions are encrypted and start only when your staff approve them on screen. We access only what is needed to fix the issue and never ask for passwords. See our Trust & Safety page and Privacy Policy.
Yes. Every job is invoiced with a clear description of the work carried out, so it can go straight into your bookkeeping.
Tell us about your setup and we'll recommend the right support — remote, on-site, or ongoing.
